Section 21
Not To Bar The Taking Of Action In Accordance With The Laws In Force
Where any act committed by any person in contravention of this Act is also punishable under the laws in force, nothing contained in this Act shall be deemed to bar the taking of action against that person in accordance with the
laws in force.
